Tehri Lake is the largest man-made lake of Asia.

Perched at an elevation of 5577.42 ft Tehri Lake is Asia’s largest man-made lake. It is located on the confluence of Bhagirathi and Bhilangna Rivers in Tehri Gharwal, Uttarakhand.

Tehri lake in local Gharwali language is also known as Tehri Jheel. The lake is spread over an area of 42 Km2 and is 260m deep, surrounded by lush green mountains presenting a surreal spectacle in its blue colour.

Located in the picturesque settings of Uttarakhand Tehri lake is a perfect destination for adventure seekers. Various thrilling water sports like- Jet attack, Jet Ski, Water Scooter, Surfing, Bumper Ride, Banana Ride etc are offered in the lake.
Along with water sports, Tehri lake is also a perfect destination for camping. In fact it is best for travellers who are in search of peace amidst nature.

Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi To Tehri Lake To Campsite

Stop At: Haridwar, Haridwar, Haridwar District, Uttarakhand
On day 1 you will drive from Delhi To Tehri Lake. On the way to Tehri Travellers will spend some time at the banks of holy Ganges at Haridwar and can also take dip in the holy river.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Tehri Dam Reservoir, Uttarakhand
On reaching Tehri Lake you will have your lunch. Then you will visit Tehri dam, there you will spend around 1 Hour.
After that you will explore Tehri lake and then you will be transported to campsite on the other side of lake by boat.

Duration: 5 hours

• Dinner: Both Veg And Non- Veg will be available.
Accommodation included: Overnight Stay in Swiss Tent and Huts.

Day 2: Campsite To Tehri Lake To Delhi

Stop At: Tehri Dam Reservoir, Uttarakhand
After breakfast you will checkout from camps and then you will be transported to other side of lake by boat. Then you will indulge in water sports. Only two water sports Jet ski and power boat are included in the package. For rest of the sports you have to pay if you prefer to indulge in more sports. After finishing water sports activity you will drive back to Delhi.
